📌 Registration & Analyst Certification
- We are officially registered with SEBI.
- All research analysts at Investogainer hold valid NISM certifications as mandated by SEBI.
- Only the entity is required to be registered; individual employees follow internal compliance standards.

- Index/sector-level technical commentary is exempt from SEBI registration but we still maintain professional standards.
⚖️ Trading Restrictions
- Research analysts and their associates are not allowed to:
- Trade in a stock 30 days before and 5 days after publishing a report.
- Trade against their own recommendation.
- Invest in IPOs of companies they cover.
📄 Terms & Conditions / MITC
- All clients receive our Terms & Conditions and Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC).
- Institutional clients and QIBs are exempt from signing MITC, but we ensure full disclosure.
📁 Client Records & Grievance Handling
- We record client interactions (email, SMS, calls) as per SEBI norms.
- These records help us handle client complaints efficiently and transparently.
💼 Fee & Deposit Compliance
- Investogainer maintains the required deposit with RAASB based on the number of clients.
