B. Business Activities Undertaken by Investogainer Research for Investors
- Publishing research reports based on our own research activities
- Providing an independent and unbiased view on securities
- Offering transparent recommendations while disclosing any financial interests
- Providing research based on publicly available data and sound analysis
- Conducting annual audits as per regulatory norms
- Ensuring all advertisements adhere to the Advertisement Code for RAs
- Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions, including prospective clients
C. Services Provided to Investors (No Indicative Timelines)
Client Onboarding:
- Sharing detailed terms and conditions of the research services
- Conducting complete KYC for fee-paying clients
Disclosures to Clients:
- Material disclosures regarding business activities, disciplinary history, terms & conditions, risk, and conflicts of interest
- Disclosure of use of AI tools in research, if any
- Disclosure of material conflict in third-party research, with relevant links
- Disclosure of internal conflicts, if any
Service Commitments:
- Equal access to research reports and recommendations
- Strict confidentiality before public release of reports
- Protection of client data and privacy
- Clear timelines for each service and adherence
- Caution notices for complex and high-risk products
- Honest and transparent client communication
- Confidentiality unless legal disclosure is required or client has consented
D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
1. Filing Complaints with Research Analyst:
- Investors may file grievances directly. We aim to resolve any issues within 21 days of receipt.
2. SCORES – SEBI Grievance Redressal:
- File complaints via SCORES 2.0: https://scores.sebi.gov.in
- First review by RAASB (Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body)
- Second review by SEBI
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution:
- If unsatisfied with prior resolution, investors can approach SMARTODR for online conciliation/arbitration.
4. Physical Complaints (if needed):

F. Responsibilities and Expectations from Investors Do’s:
- 1. Always deal with SEBI-registered Research Analysts only
- 2. Confirm validity of registration through SEBI’s official site: SEBI Registered RAs
- 3. Carefully read disclosures in research reports
- 4. Pay only through official banking channels and retain valid receipts
- 5. Optionally use CeFCoM (if applicable)
- 6. Refer to RA’s recommendations before investing
- 7. Clarify doubts directly with the RA before acting
- 8. Especially seek clarity when dealing with high-risk or complex financial products
