Refund Policy for Investogainer Research
At Investogainer Research, we maintain complete transparency and compliance with SEBI guidelines regarding refunds. Please read the following refund policy carefully:
✅ In case of premature termination of services, refund for the remaining subscription period will be provided on a pro-rata basis.
✅ No “breakage fee” or penalty will be charged on early termination.
✅ Refunds are not applicable for partial-month subscriptions unless decided at the sole discretion of Investogainer Research or as mandated by SEBI.
✅ If Investogainer Research’s SEBI Registration is suspended for more than 60 days or cancelled, the company will refund any unutilized service fees from the effective date onward.
✅ No refund is applicable for completed services or after the full duration of service subscription.
✅ Refund requests must be made in writing through email to info@investogainerresearch.com, clearly mentioning the reason for termination.
✅ Processing time for eligible refunds is 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
Important Notes:
Refunds apply strictly as per SEBI’s Minimum Terms & Conditions (MITC) for Research Analysts.
Refunds will be processed only to the original payment source/account.
This policy does not cover market-related losses or dissatisfaction with market performance of recommendations.
