Refund Policy Details

Pro-Rata Refund on Early Exit

In case of premature termination, a refund for the remaining subscription period will be provided on a pro-rata basis.

No Breakage Fee

No "breakage fee" or penalty will be charged on early termination. You are free to exit at any time.

Partial-Month Subscriptions

Refunds are not applicable for partial-month subscriptions unless decided at the sole discretion of Investogainer Research or as mandated by SEBI.

SEBI Registration Suspension

If our SEBI Registration is suspended for more than 60 days or cancelled, we will refund any unutilized service fees from the effective date onward.

Completed Services — No Refund

No refund is applicable for completed services or after the full duration of service subscription has expired.

Processing Time: 7–10 Days

Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval and credited to the original payment source.

Our compliance team will review your request against SEBI MITC guidelines and approve eligible refunds within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Processed

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment source (bank/UPI/card) within 7–10 working days.

Important Notes

  • Refunds apply strictly as per SEBI's Minimum Terms & Conditions (MITC) for Research Analysts.
  • Refunds will be processed only to the original payment source/account.
  • This policy does not cover market-related losses or dissatisfaction with market performance of recommendations.
